The annoying part is that the good stuff seems to disappear fast, so you kind of have to keep checking or you’ll miss it. When you do catch the right deal, though, it’s usually way cheaper than other sites. Shipping was fine for me, nothing special, but it showed up. I ordered from woot.com fully expecting to be checking the tracking every five minutes and getting irritated, but it actually showed up way quicker than I thought. The updates were clear enough, and the box was at my door before the estimated delivery date.
I don’t have a ton to say beyond that, which is a good thing because I have zero patience for shipping drama. It was fast, simple, and hassle-free, so I’d definitely order again if I spot another good deal

I was surprised to find the stuff I needed actually in stock. Compared to a lot of other stores where the shelves are picked over, this was a nice change.

I ordered a refurbished tablet from woot, i was expecting it to look a little more used than it did when it showed up. To my surprise, it looked almost new right out of the box. The only thing I noticed was a tiny scuff on the back, but it’s really not a big deal, especially since it doesn’t affect anything. So far it’s been working just fine, and for the price, I’m happy with how it turned out

My Woot order had one of those classic tracking situations where it just stopped updating for days, which always seems to happen right when you actually care where the package is. I messaged customer service and they got back to me the next day, so not instant, but not terrible either.

The person who replied was really nice and actually looked into it instead of giving me one of those generic answers companies love to send. The package did end up arriving late, but they kept me in the loop, which makes a big difference.
